Full Refund

A full refund will be issued in the following cases:

The food is contaminated (e.g., bugs or insects)

The food is spilled or damaged during delivery

A foreign object is found in the food (e.g., fly, hair, etc.)

Please notify us immediately and provide photo evidence so we can process the refund quickly.

Partial Compensation

For minor concerns such as:

Food is delivered cold

Food has an off smell

Portion is smaller than expected

Minor packaging issues

We may offer a voucher, discount on your next order, or replacement items, depending on the nature of the complaint.
